Rescue me not only with your hands but with your heart as well.
I will respond to you.
Rescue me not out of pity but out of love.
I will love you back.
Rescue me not with self-righteousness but with compassion.
I will learn what you teach.
Rescue me not because of my past but because of my future.
I will relax and enjoy.
Rescue me not simply to save me but to give me a new life.
I will appreciate your gift.
Rescue me not only with a firm hand but with tolerance and patience.
I will please you.
Rescue me not only because of who I am but who I'm to become.
I will grow and mature.
Rescue me not to revere yourself to others but because you want me.
I will never let you down.
Rescue me not with a hidden agenda but with a desire to teach me to trust.
I will be loyal and true.
Rescue me not to replace one you've lost but to soothe your spirit.
I will cherish you.
Rescue me not to be your pet but to be your friend.
I will give you unconditional love.

All ratties need a good home for there whole lives where they will be loved, fed a good diet, and looked after well. Unfortunetley there are people who cannot care for there ratties after a certain amount of time, or they are not looking after them very well at all. That is what this page is for.
I take in rescues, and either keep, or re-home them in conjunction with my dear friend Natalie (she has over 60 rescues herself) and the AusRFS club, i will take in ratties that anyone no longer wants. I house any rescues away from my main rattery, to prevent any problems.
Also on this page i will post available rescue ratties to go to there new FOREVER homes. I have an adoption fee of $25 per rat, that is just to cover costs of getting to the rat, and keeping it for whatever amount of time, feeding it, housing it and medication if needed. I take in ratties whenever i can, although sometimes i might not be able to due to transport or finances.
Please consider adopting a rescue ratty, they are just as important as any pedigree rat, they need homes for there whole lives and someone to love and care for them.

Rescued on the 25th of September.
Philly, Veggie, and Nutty A.K.A PEW, Black Berkshire and an Agouti Berkshire. Females, Agouti and Black are sisters, born on the 30/6/09, and the PEW born on 3/7/09.
These 3 girlies will be living permanently with me. They were not handled a huge amount, and Nutty was probably the most shy, but after a period of a mere 3 days they have blossomed and are constantly craving attention now! They are incredibly sweet girls, and it just goes to show what a little bit of love, some YOGIES and a HAMMOCK will do!
They are of great size for there age too, and body condition is great, also no myco related problems at the moment, but only time will tell.
